Progeria

Basically it is a very rare genetic disease called progeria, which is one of the few progeroid syndromes. A disease that makes patients look older or older at a very young age.
And their life span usually ranges from thirteen-fourteen to twenty years of age.

Although progeria is a genetic disease, it is not hereditary. It usually results from new mutations.
Studies have shown that 1 in every 4 million births is affected by the disease. However, 143 progeria patients have been reported so far in medical history.

Because there is no effective treatment for progeria, patients usually do not live beyond thirteen years. And 90% patients die due to various complications like heart attack, stroke etc
