Currently, we do not process any payments through our app as we are in the process of updating our features. At this time, the Relaks Media App does not process any payments, nor do we collect money from users. All features related to payments, including referral rewards and earnings, are currently disabled. As such, no refunds or returns are applicable during this period.

In the future, once we introduce referral rewards and earnings features, users will be able to earn money through various activities within the app. These may include:

  • Referral bonuses for inviting new users to the app
  • Monetization options based on app usage and engagement

4. Refund Eligibility (Once Payments are Enabled)

Once payment features are live, refund requests will be handled as follows:

  • Referral Bonuses: Referral bonuses are earned after successfully referring new users to the app. Refunds for referral bonuses will not be applicable, as these are earned based on app participation.
  • Earnings: If you face any issues related to payments for your earnings, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction. We will review the issue and provide a refund if the claim is valid and verified.
  • In-App Purchases: In case of any future in-app purchases, users will be eligible for a refund within 7 days, provided the service or product has not been used or consumed. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
