Refund Policy
At Relaks Media we follow a strict & simple refund policy which is below:
1. We provide full refunds in any course until the orientation class.
2. After the orientation class, we provide a half refund within 30 days from the orientation class.
3. No refund will be provided after 30 days of the orientation class.
4. We try our best to process the refund claims within 10 working days.
5. You will not be able to access the designated service(s) or product(s) after the refund.
রিলাক্স মিডিয়া-তে আমরা একটি খুব সহজ কিন্তু কঠোর অর্থফেরত নীতি মেনে চলি। যা নিম্নরূপঃ
1. অরিয়েন্টশন ক্লাস না হওয়া পর্যন্ত যেকোন কোর্সের ক্ষেত্রে আপনি চাইলে সেই কোর্সের জন্য আপনার পরিশোধকৃত সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ আপনি ফেরত পাবেন।
2. অরিয়েন্টশন ক্লাসের পরে ৩০ দিন পর্যন্ত আপনার পরিশোধকৃত অর্থের অর্ধেক ফেরত নিতে পারবেন।
3. যেহেতু অরিয়েন্টশন ক্লাসের ৩০ দিন পরে আমরা সেই কোর্স সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল ব্যয় এর অর্থ পরিশোধ করে দেই। তাই এর পরে কোনো অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া সম্ভব হয় না।
4. সাধারণত ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আমরা অর্থফেরতের প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি।
5. অর্থ ফেরতের পর আপনি সেই সেবা বা পণ্য আর ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
